At Nordlys Kraft, we take pride in offering handmade souvenirs created with care and character. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We are happy to replace the item or offer store credit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Custom or personalized items cannot be refunded unless damaged or incorrect
